We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we have made the returns so easy for you!

Minkweekend will provide a full refund for any damaged, defective, or misshipped products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact Customer Service team at minkweekend@gmail.com for assistance with processing your return.

How To Return & Refund
1. Contact customer service team at minkweekend@gmail.com to submit a return request within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.

2. Once we approve the return request, you will receive our return address. Please send your item(s) using local post within 7 days from receiving the return confirm from us.

3. When we receive a returned package, we will inspect the item to ensure that it is in original condition and has the item stated in the return request email.

4. Once confirmed, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 7-10 days (processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original and return freight charges will not be refundable.

Conditions

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and bear the original label. We can't handle returns of any faulty items.
  • It must be original. We do not accept unannounced return packages.
  • As all products (including standard sizes) are custom made, we cannot accept a "buy more save one" approach. Our customer service team may cancel orders deemed to be for this purpose.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if they are received under unacceptable circumstances or without our prior knowledge.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to returned items. Please keep your receipt with tracking information.


For All Wedding & Party Dresses

At Minkweekend, every one of our products is custom made, including standard sizes. Therefore, we cannot accept any return of custom-made clothing. Please check the size and color selection carefully before ordering.

EXCHANGE POLICY
At present, we do not offer any product exchange service, because all the products are customized. We have no ready-made clothes or products to exchange for your return. You will need to return the product that does not need to be unsuitable (if it complies with the return policy) and place a new order for the replacement item. All new orders are based on the current production cycle.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All our items are made-to-order, including standard size items, with this in mind, please refer to our cancellation policy below:

• Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 1 day.
• Full refund for cancellation within 8 hours of payment.
• Cancellation within 12-24 hours of payment :80% refund + shipping.
• Cancellations within 24-48 hours of payment :50% refund + shipping.
• Cancelling orders 48 hours after payment >: Only shipping charges will be refunded.
• Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
